2 whole tomatoes
2 whole zucchinis
1 whole onion
1 whole red capsicum (deseeded and roughly chopped)
1 whole eggplant
2 cloves garlic (peeled and crushed)
2 tsp ras el hanout
1 dash olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 handfuls bread crumbs
2 whole lemons
8 sheets filo pastry
2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
100 g butter
150 g greek yoghurt
2 tsp harissa
1 sprig coriander (or parsley to serve)
