| 1 cup sweet potatoes (cooked; cooled) |
| ½ cup brown sugar |
| 2 whole eggs |
| ½ cup coconut cream (or coconut evaporated milk) |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1½ tsp ginger |
| 1½ tsp cinnamon |
| 6 tbsp caster sugar |
| 1 tbsp water |
| 50 ml coconut milk (or coconut cream) |
| 100 g unsalted butter |
| 1 pinch salt |
