Gingerbread Crumble Doughnuts
Ingredients
1 cup plain flour (ap) |
½ cup brown sugar |

1 pinch nutmeg |
¼ cup milk |
2 tbsp molasses (or golden syrup) |
2 tbsp sour cream (i used yoghurt) |
1 whole egg (lightly beaten) |
1 tbsp butter (melted and cool) |
1 tbsp water |
2 tbsp brown sugar |
2 tbsp plain flour (ap) |
1 tbsp butter (room temperature) |
