1 whole sea salt (pinch) |
3 sprigs rosemary (approximately 8cm/3in) |
60 g hazelnut meal (or gluten free flour) |
2 tbsp cocoa |
125 g caster sugar |
1 tbsp water |
2 drops lemon juice |
200 g butter |
50 ml cream |
¼ tsp sea salt flakes |
