| 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda |
| 1 tsp vanilla paste |
| 1 pinch salt |
| 1 tbsp butter (to fry) |
| 2 cups raspberries |
| ½ whole orange (grated zest only) |
| 1 dash cointreau |
| 2 tbsp caster sugar |
| ½ tsp allspice |
| 2 dashes water |
