| 1 pinch chilli flakes |

| 400 g chickpeas |
| 30 g corn kernels |
| 2 tbsp tomato paste |
| 1 whole lemon |
| 1 pinch sea salt |

| 1 handful flat-leaf parsley |
| 1 tbsp sour cream (or plain Greek yoghurt) |
