400 g baby beetroots |
800 g pumpkins |
1 dash oil (cooking spray) |
1 tbsp brown sugar |
200 g baby spinach leaves |
20 g bocconcini (drained and quartered) |
½ cup guinness |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch black pepper |
1 pinch white pepper |
1 tsp cumin |
2 tbsp honey |
1 tbsp dijon mustard |
2 tbsp orange juice |
1 tbsp olive oil |
