1 large onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 cups mushrooms
1 tbsp coriander (paste)
1 tbsp cinnamon

2½ cups tomato passata
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chilli paste (flat)
⅓ cup apricots (dried; chopped)
1 cup chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
