2 whole shallots
1 cup desiccated coconut
4 tbsp rendang paste
400 ml coconut cream (reduced fat is okay)
1 cup vegetables (or beef stock)
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 stem spring onions (optional)
