1 cup desiccated coconut |
4 tbsp rendang paste |
400 ml coconut cream (reduced fat is okay) |
1 cup vegetables (or beef stock) |
2 tbsp fish sauce |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 stem spring onions (optional) |
