1 whole lemon (zest; grated)
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
1 whole espresso (shot)
100 ml marsala (or muscat wine)
125 g honey
500 g plain flour
150 g sugar
200 g lard
3 whole eggs
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp honey
8 g baking soda
1 whole water
1 whole icing sugar
1 tub coloured sprinkles (nonpareils or confettis)
