1 whole black pepper (cracked) |
2 whole green mango |
1 bunch perilla |
1 bunch mint |
¼ cup dried shallots |
4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce |
4 tbsp soy sauce |
4 tbsp red chinese vinegar |
2 tbsp sesame oil |
2 whole lime juice |
