1½ cups rolled oats |
2 tbsp chia seeds |
1 tbsp sesame seeds |
1 tbsp rosemary |
4 tbsp psyllium husks |
2 tsp sea salt |
1 tbsp rice malt syrup |
3 tbsp coconut oil |
1½ cups water |
