| 1 tsp vanilla extract |
| 500 ml double cream |
| 1 whole orange zest |
| 1½ tbsp brandy-based orange liqueur |
| 175 g caster sugar |
| 6 large eggs |
| 150 g unsalted butter |
| 250 g dark chocolate |
