1 cup polenta
1 pinch pepper (black)
1 pinch sea salt
2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 clove garlic
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
500 g portobello mushrooms (approximately 10)
