Ingredients

100 g unsalted butter (chilled, cubed) |

1 tbsp water |
1 cup yoghurt (mango and vanilla) |
2 whole eggs |
¼ cup caster sugar |
400 ml passionfruit pulp (seeds removed) |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1½ tsp gelatine powder |
¾ cup yoghurt (peaches and passionfruit) |
½ cup sugar |
