100 g unsalted butter (chilled, cubed)
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 whole egg yolk
1 tbsp water
1 cup yoghurt (mango and vanilla)
2 whole eggs
¼ cup caster sugar
400 ml passionfruit pulp (seeds removed)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp gelatine powder
¾ cup yoghurt (peaches and passionfruit)
½ cup sugar
