Ginger Anzac Biscuits
Ingredients
| ¾ cup wholemeal flour |
| ¾ cup rolled oats |
| ¾ cup desiccated coconut |
| ½ cup sugar |
| 125 g butter |
| 50 g ginger |
| 2 tbsp golden syrup |
| 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda |
| 2 tbsp water |
