½ cup desiccated coconut |
150 g spinach (fresh or frozen) |
½ tsp cumin seeds |
¼ tsp cumin |
¼ tsp coriander |
¼ tsp paprika |
1 handful beans (optional; or snow peas) |
1 pinch salt |
1 cup stock (or water) |
1 tbsp canola oil |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
