500 g pork mince |

100 g mushrooms (black fungus) |
1 small carrot (peeled if not organic) |

3 tbsp fish sauce |
2 tsp salt |
1 tsp sugar |
1 tsp white pepper |
1 tbsp cornflour |
½ l rice bran oil (or vegetable oil) |
50 whole spring roll wrappers |
