400 g salmon (skin and bones removed) |
220 g bocconcini (or mozzarella) |
1 handful basil leaves |
60 g bread crumbs |
30 g pine nuts |
1 tbsp parmesan cheese |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
1 tbsp olive oil |
