| 6 tbsp sugar |
| 4 large eggs |
| 1 cup caster sugar |
| 4 tbsp water |
| ½ whole vanilla bean |
| 600 ml cream (beaten to soft peak) |
| ½ cup chocolate sauce |
| 1 handful berries |
