500 g pasta (ditaloni rigate; dried) |
1½ tbsp olive oil |
1 whole onion |
500 g beef |
8 whole button mushrooms |
490 g pasta sauce |
⅓ cup parsley |
100 g spinach (English; roughly chopped) |
150 g mozzarella cheese (in 1cm cubes) |
¼ cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese |
1 dash olive oil (spray) |
