1 bunch baby bok choy (sliced lengthwaysin halves) |
1 sprig spring onions |

1 cup chicken stock |
⅓ cup rice malt syrup |
½ cup water |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 whole red chilli (seeds removed, sliced) |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp chinese five spice |
1 tsp sesame seeds |
