| 200 g caster sugar (vanilla infused) |
| 1 tbsp cocoa powder |
| ½ tsp cinnamon |
| 275 ml mascarpone cheese |
| 2 tbsp caster sugar (vanilla infused) |
| 100 ml double cream |
| 2 tsp rum (spiced; optional) |
| 1 handful hazelnuts |
