Kimchi Fried Rice
Ingredients
4 rashers pork belly (approximately 100g) |
1 cup kimchi (fermented cabbage with chilli) |
4 cups rice |
2 whole eggs |
1 tbsp chilli paste (fermented gochujang) |
½ whole onion |
4 cloves garlic |
1 whole carrot |
2 tbsp canola oil |
2 tsp sesame oil |
4 sheets seaweed (optional) |
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional) |
