4 rashers pork belly (approximately 100g)
1 cup kimchi (fermented cabbage with chilli)
4 cups rice
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp chilli paste (fermented gochujang)
½ whole onion
4 cloves garlic
1 whole carrot
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp sesame oil
4 sheets seaweed (optional)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
