1 handful parsley |
2 tbsp kalamata olives |
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 whole lemons |
½ tsp cumin |
200 g greek yoghurt |
1 clove garlic |
1 pinch salt (to taste) |
1 tbsp maple syrup (to taste) |
1 handful chives (optional; or spring onion) |
