Toasted Gingerbread Marshmallow Islands
Ingredients
| 1 tsp ginger |
| ½ tsp cinnamon |
| 1 pinch nutmeg |
| 5 whole cloves |
| ½ whole vanilla pod |
| 4 cups sugar |
| 500 ml water |
| 2 tbsp molasses |
| 20 g gelatine |
| ¾ cup water |
| 1 cup glucose syrup |
| 1 tub icing sugar (to coat marshmallows) |
| 1 tub cornflour (to coat marshmallows) |
| 1 handful raspberries (frozen; to serve) |
| 1 tub custard |
