½ whole vanilla pod
4 cups sugar
500 ml water
2 tbsp molasses
20 g gelatine
¾ cup water
1 cup glucose syrup
1 tub icing sugar (to coat marshmallows)
1 tub cornflour (to coat marshmallows)
1 handful raspberries (frozen; to serve)
1 tub custard
