| 80 g haloumi cheese (grated or roughly chopped) |
| 80 g kefalograviera cheese (or kefalotyri; roughly chopped) |
| 2 whole eggs |
| 200 ml cream |
| 1 pinch salt |
| 1 pinch pepper |
